By using Regina Mobile Notary Services ("we," "us," or "our") for notarial acts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide mobile notary public services in Regina, Saskatchewan, and the surrounding area within a 20 km radius. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Witnessing and notarizing signatures
• Administering oaths and affirmations
• Certifying true copies of documents
• Verifying identity

3. Service Area and Fees

Our service area is limited to Regina, Saskatchewan, and the surrounding area within a 20 km radius. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Regina. Our fee schedule for notarial acts is available upon request and will be communicated to you before services are rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing all original documents requiring notarization.
• Presenting valid identification (e.g., government-issued photo ID).
• Ensuring all signatories are present and understand the documents they are signing.
• Paying the agreed-upon fees for notarial services.

5. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• We believe the requested notarial act is illegal or unethical.
• We cannot verify the identity of the signatories.
• The documents presented are incomplete or appear fraudulent.
• You are unable to pay the required fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the documents we notarize, as we rely on the information provided by you. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of notarized documents.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
